Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment is due no later than 90 days before the tour start date.
• Bookings made within 90 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
• All prices are quoted per person.
• Confirmation will be shared via email within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellation by the Participant

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The following cancellation charges apply (calculated from the date we

receive your written notification):

• More than 90 days before departure: Loss of the non-refundable deposit.
• 60 to 89 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
• 30 to 59 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited (No Refund).

2.2. Non-Refundable Items

• Match tickets and any associated registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• This amount will be deducted from the total tour cost before any percentage-based refund is calculated.
• Any other non-recoverable costs incurred by Explor42 (e.g., non-refundable hotel or third-party bookings) will also be forfeited.

2.3. Cancellation by Explor42 / Event Organizers

• In the case of cricket match cancellation, postponement, or alteration by the official organizers (due to weather, terrorism, pandemic, natural disaster, political instability, or other force majeure events), Explor42 will not provide a refund for the match ticket or any non-recoverable costs unless reimbursed by the organizers.
• Explor42 will make reasonable efforts to recover and refund other portions of the package (e.g., hotels, transport) from third- party suppliers, but this is not guaranteed.

3. Visa, Passport & Travel Documents

• The traveller is solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visa, and any required health or travel documents.
• Explor42 Sports Travel LLP does not guarantee visa approvals.
• In the event of visa rejection or denial of entry to Australia, no refund will be provided, and the above cancellation policy will apply.
• Our team can assist with visa guidance and documentation support through trusted partners, but the responsibility lies with the traveller.

4. Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory for all participants.
• Your insurance must cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and repatriation.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your policy provides adequate coverage.

5. Liability

• Explor42 Sports Travel LLP is not responsible for visa rejections, flight delays, natural disasters, match cancellations, or any events beyond our control.
• Our liability is limited to the value of services booked directly with Explor42.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
