Explor42 offers:

• Travel packages for international and national sports events
• Guaranteed entry for marathons and endurance events
• Accommodation and visa assistance
• On-ground coordination and hospitality
• Group, fan, and team experiences for global sports

All services are subject to partner availability and third-party confirmation.

4. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate personal information
• Possess valid travel documents and authorizations
• Comply with all local laws and event rules

Explor42 may deny bookings for non-compliance or incomplete documentation.

5. Booking & Payment Terms

• All bookings must be made through authorized channels.
• Prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless specified otherwise.
• Payment options include Razorpay, Stripe, and international bank transfer.
• Confirmation is issued only after full or required advance payment.
• Exchange rate differences and bank charges are borne by the customer.

Late or incomplete payments may lead to cancellation without refund.

6. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

(a) Cancellations by Traveler

• Must be submitted in writing to support@explor42.com
• Refund eligibility depends on event, airline, or hotel policies.
• Non-refundable costs (race entries, visa, insurance, etc.) will be clearly communicated at booking.

(b) Cancellations by Explor42 or Partners

• If an event is cancelled by the organizer or due to force majeure, Explor42 will refund the recoverable portion as per partner rules.
• Explor42 will not be responsible for any indirect losses (such as flight costs or visa expenses).

(c) Transfers

• Name or participant transfers may be allowed up to 30 days prior to event with applicable charges.

7. Pricing and Taxes

• Prices are subject to change before booking confirmation.
• All applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
• Any increase in statutory taxes or supplier tariffs after booking will be charged to the traveler.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide complete and truthful information
• Abide by event, country, and airline regulations
• Maintain appropriate travel insurance
• Avoid misuse of the website, app, or travel services
• Follow all health, safety, and legal guidelines

Explor42 reserves the right to cancel bookings or remove users violating terms.

9. Traveler Code of Conduct

To ensure community safety and respect, all Explor42 travelers must:

• Treat teammates, event staff, and locals courteously
• Avoid disruptive or unlawful behavior during travel
• Respect cultural norms and local regulations
• Abstain from illegal substances or harassment of any kind
• Cooperate with Explor42 representatives during emergencies

Explor42 may remove any traveler from the group without refund if their behavior endangers others or damages brand reputation.

10. Partner & Third-Party Services

Explor42 works with vetted international partners, but:

• Acts as a facilitator, not the end service provider.
• Cannot be held responsible for any default, cancellation, or negligence by a third party.
• Each partner’s own terms shall apply to your booking (e.g., hotel or event organizer).

11. B2B / Affiliate Partnership Terms

These apply to tour operators, agents, and affiliates collaborating with Explor42.

Affiliate Partner Responsibilities:

• Promote Explor42 packages using approved materials.
• Ensure accurate representation of prices and inclusions.
• Share customer details securely in compliance with GDPR/DPDP.
• Adhere to agreed commission or revenue-sharing terms.

Explor42 Responsibilities:

• Provide timely product updates and pricing.
• Pay commissions post successful completion of services.
• Offer co-branding and marketing support where applicable.

Confidentiality:

All shared data, pricing, and strategy remain confidential and cannot be disclosed to competitors.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, designs, photographs, logos, and text appearing on Explor42’s website and materials are the property of Explor42 Sports Tours LLP or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Explor42 complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (India) and GDPR (EU). Your data will be collected and used strictly for legitimate service purposes. For details, visit our Privacy & Data Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Explor42’s total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total booking amount paid by the traveler.
• Explor42 shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, medical emergencies, or personal injury.
• Travelers are advised to hold adequate travel and medical insurance covering cancellation, illness, and loss of property.
• Explor42 is not liable for visa rejections, delays, or event entry refusals.

15. Force Majeure

Explor42 is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• War, strikes, terrorism
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics or epidemics

Refunds will be processed only to the extent received from suppliers.

16. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Any complaints must be reported to Explor42 during travel or within 7 days of trip completion at partnership@explor42.com. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably before legal proceedings.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. For international users, mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply.

18. Amendments

Explor42 may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on our website with the latest effective date. Your continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
